We do things a bit differently around here!

I am here to help you make sense of a late autistic or auDHD realisation/diagnosis, help you recover from autistic burnout, and discover who you are underneath the masks and coping mechanisms developed over a lifetime of being called weird, told you're wrong or being eternally confused.

Combining everything I've learned from ten years as a psychotherapist, four years autistic (obviously my whole life but I didn't know), multiple goes at being a therapy client, and many hours of observation and experimentation (unofficially, it's just what I do as a people-watcher!) I am offering you what worked best for me:

  • Presence

  • Emotion education

  • Body-based experiencing

  • Grounding

  • Nature connection

  • Self connection

  • Encouragement

  • Defined exercises to help you explore (as opposed to the commonly terrifying phrase "this is your therapy to do what you like with, what would you like to talk about today?"!)


Sessions will be a minimum 90 minutes long and we never work for more than three weeks in a row.

This isn't therapy, it's therapeutic coaching.  We will be present and future focused not digging through and processing the past.
